Your delivery rate is based on the price of your purchase. For orders under $150.00 the delivery charge is $11.00 regardless of weight. For order of $150.00 and above, delivery is free.
Best efforts are made to ship orders within 3 – 5 working days, usually sooner. However, it should be noted that availability of stock can cause delays. We will endeavour to keep you updated about your delivery every step of the way.
We use Australia Post to do our deliveries.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

If you are unhappy with your yarn, knitting needle or crochet hook purchase for ANY REASON, you may return it to us.
Please contact us within 14 days to discuss a refund or exchange (see below for our refund policy) – do not send your product back to the original manufacturer.
There are some items which we simply cannot accept for refund or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable patterns
- Sale items
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the method of refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account..
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be returned & refunded – unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping costs for initial delivery are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanged products will be re-delivered at no cost to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
